Weak business

I have tried to buy shoes online and choose pay via transfer account. I have recieved email that I need to pay and then wait till they see the money on account and then they will start procès of delivery. Absolutely unexpected. I needed shoes quickly and they could not guarantee it. Another thing is that they did not allow to buy product in store and then return it if it doesn't fit ( necklace on dress which was at home). They do not give money back, just exchange. Very old style trading, considering now a days

The worst Aldo branch in BC

The Aldo branch in Tsawwassen Mills is the worst I have ever visited, horrible customer service and they cheated on my subjects the staff pretended not to know the prices and promotions and when I let them know, they cheated on the recipe, I found it out when I got home, they were so rude and like just want to grab your money from your pocket and then get rid of you.

Waiting for a refund!

Waiting for a refund!! Not only were they VERY slow at delivering my items in the first place, I returned the items as they weren’t any good to myself. Emailed to ask whether they had received the return, which they have confirmed they did but I’m still waiting on my refund of £100!!! Will not be using this company in the future!

Charged without asking

I bought a purse for my mother from Aldo accessories at the Yorkdale Mall in Toronto on Aug 24,2022 and for starters one the store reps was extremely dry and rude, I left from the store feeling uncomfortable because of their behaviour but to top it off today when I see my receipt - I have been charged for the carry bag, typically the cashier asks you if you need a carry bag and additionally informs how much it costs. But here was no such information shared or questions asked, they just packed the purse in a "tote" and handed it to me. It's not about the cost of the carry bag but about the credibility - we trust you as consumers to disclose costs before charging us, this is extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Cute but Low Quality

I used to love Aldo for their cute purses that didn't look cheap but had an affordable price.
The last time I made an order which was the beginning of summer(around the end of May, it's now late August), I purchased 2 handbags. Both of them are cute. But around the same time both bags which I've went back and fourth with, have since had quality issues since they both have had started "falling apart" withing a week of one another. The 1st bag(Radgal was the name of this pink bag and it has a chain with plastic gummy bears), the chain strap was only held on by a tiny sewn on piece of fake leather. That piece came off. I'm going to try to fix that but the one I am really upset about is the "Heirloom" purse I got in white. It was $75 and still is the same price. It has 10 large gems on the front that have gold around them. Well, I noticed that a gem along w a tiny golden snake came off. I looked everywhere and couldn't find where it fell off at due to the lack of glue or whatever adhesive Aldo uses. I could probably glue it back on somehow but now I am unable to find it, I have this ugly fake foil looking gold piece on the bag where the large gem once was. This bag was my favorite and am so disappointed. The quality has went downhill, like most everything it seems. Oh, and I was still using the bag for the following week until I got another and 2 more "gems" came off. So guess they have an expiration date? So disappointed.
I haven't been rough with these bags and I do take care of my stuff. More so than ever since the quality of products available have truly went downhill unless you can justify spending hundreds or thousands on a purse which probably isn't made too much better. Save yourself the money and disappointment and steer clear of Aldo products. Sad since I personally love unique cute clothing and accessories that don't look cheap and sadly it's getting harder to find things that are affordable that are cute and not boring.

Never again

If I could give no stars I would. My package was delivery a store that doesn't answer the phone and closes earlier upon me driving 35 min there to get the package. Now it's going into two days and I still don't have an item I paid for and all customer service can tell me is to wait? I will never ever ever order a item and have it sent to the store again! And as far as customer service department they are no help what so ever giving me a 15% off doesn't excuse my time that has been wasted let alone my gas. If you don't have enough workers to keep the store open to business hours or to answer the phone then class the damn store permanently

Two bags No Shoes

I ordered a pair of shoes and the bag to match for my daughter's graduation only to receive two bags. I am leaving in three days and was asked to drive 40 minutes to do the exchange. They do not offer overnight shipment so it looks as though I may not receive the shoes in time.
I requested to speak with a manager only to be told, I'll get a call back tomorrow. The representative was kind enough but as he exclaimed "nothing much we can do".
Will no be ordering with Aldo again.

Bad quality shoe, not comfortable, worn out in one hour

I purchased a shoe from the ALDO store- Rheildanflex loafer.
When I went home and tried it for an hour, they were not comfortable at all. I decided to return them the very next day. When I went to the store, the store person told me I cannot return this item, because the shoes are worn out from the bottom. I had not even realized that the shoes have already started to wear out after just wearing them for an hour. It's ridiculous how $90 shoes get worn out in an hour and ALDO would not do anything about it, consdering their product is not comfortable and has extremely bad quality. Really not worth buying any products from ALDO. They are super expensive and not comfortable, adding to the bad quality as the store person himself mentioned that the shoe is worn out.
Disappointed!

Worth service ever!

I'm in emirates mall tried to refund some items, and the sales person name Sweet just took my credit card and made picture from both side! When I asked why she did this, she said it's policy. Without any explanation she just got full information of my card! And after that she was so rude! From beginning she tried to push me to take gift card and I won't it, and this is my right! Very poor quality of service, never going back to this shop!

Nothing in store

For the past two years Aldo hasn't stock. It's as if the store is the looking glass for what they sell. From there you need to order online and hope the fit, feel and comfort are all there. Please Aldo, close up shop and give another vendor a chance. No stock is a worthless trip to your store.
